Noureen deWulf is a native of New Yorker born in February 1984. The actress has always expressed an desire to become an actor. She started building the foundations for her professional career while she attended Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen auditioned for a variety of roles soon after graduation. She was given a major role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various other film festivals across the globe following its premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2005.
