Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February 1984 at New York City. She always showed a great passion for acting. While she was at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for her professional future. Noureen auditioned for different roles immediately after her graduation. In 2005, she received a role in an important role for a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various other film festivals around the world following it's premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2005. The film also took home the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film during the 2007 79th Oscars and helped her career.
