Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. Her entire life she has shown a great desire to become an actor. She started building the foundations of her career when she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen was then able to audition for various roles. In 2005 she got a prominent role in a movie called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 during the Sundance Film Festival, but was also screened by various festivals around the globe. The film was awarded an Oscar at the 2007 Oscar Awards for Best Live Action Short Film and set the stage for Noureen deWulf to achieve the success she has envisioned for herself in the future. Then she went on to be a part of Ghost World (2002), which garnered a lot of praise, and earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
