Anne Phung Nguyen
My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. When I was of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to make them proud and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of success. My mind knew what the plan was for my future. Go to college and then graduate. Wed. Purchase a home. Create children. My idea of success was to go to university, graduate and get an executive job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and then have children. But life had different plans. The year was 2013, and I realized that I was not happy working at my corporate job. Status and money did not excite me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn an income. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was fitness. I also enjoyed having fun and being able to aid other people. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I discovered private training. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Being a Asian female working in the field, there are very few of us. In order to be an innovator in my field and provide quality coaching to help others live an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and help them achieve their goals. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their desires and live the lives they have always wanted. When my professional career began to take off, I had the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's loss of life. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart at all times. There is a lot we can learn from the world, even if we might not be able to spot it in the moment. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I believe my mom gave me a second chance to be alive through her death. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance of living a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. At the age of 30, I have a sense of being alive and in the moment. It's not like I just exist anymore. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you can resonate with my stories and thoughts for you to be aware that you're not on your own, to know that you are more than capable of whatever you set your mind to the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
