Canadian screen actress, who was famous for her character Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. She began her role in 2019 in CBSs Blood & Treasure. Silk has also been seen in Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk has a father, Peter Silk, an academic of Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk who is an actor, director and playwright teacher. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memories are of watching her mom work in the kitchen and going to play rehearsals. Silk made several commercials when she was just a little girl. She earned a Bachelors degree of Arts in 1997 at St. Thomas University. Her early theater experience includes at minimum two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen.. She married Seth Cooperman in 2009. Samuel and Levi, their sons were named. In 2009, she was cast in the principal role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. The character she played Bo together with Lauren as same-sex lovers in Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite Television Couples by CNN and declared the top Television Couple for 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk attracted a huge internet following because of the fan-base of their series.
